Since 2001, ABO Wind is internationally active. Because of our experience, an early and circumspect presence in a region and a corporate philosophy that values local partnerships, ABO Wind has a leading position in wind farm development and we are constantly growing in this area.
Knowledge gained in Germany, one of the largest wind market worldwide, is transferred to our subsidiaries with local staff in our subsidiaries. Wind energy projects are selected and bought from the home base in Germany because by operating internationally, we are able to achieve the advantages of large economies of scale.
The financing of the wind parks is also managed from Germany. This centralized processing reinforces cohesion in the company. Thus ABO Wind is able to offer international investors individual solutions to organize, finance and plan projects in various countries. However, projects are realized locally.
