Permits

A Global Positioning System (GPS) is used to determine the most ideal position for the individual turbines. The decision is made on the basis of factors like energy yield estimations, noise level estimates, safety studies and shadow flicker evaluations. These factors can be gathered by the planning department with a special computer program. The findings are then presented with the permit applications to the local authorities.
