Financial Benefits

There are no costs for a landowner to host a wind farm site in partnership with ABO Wind.  We have the experience and resources to take sites through the feasibility, planning and construction phases of a wind farm project.  If you are interested in diversifying your current business, a wind farm on your land can offer an income for the lifetime of the wind farm, based on the amount of electricity generated.  Landowners are able to continue farming practices on their land.

The lifetime of a wind farm is usually 20-25 years and over this time the wind farm would be generating clean electricity from a renewable resource which would add to the UK targets for renewable electricity generation.
